Hi there! and thank you for visiting the Sara Walrath LMT website. My name is Sara and I am a New York State licensed massage therapist based in the Rochester area, I believe in the power of healing through natural and healthy alternatives or complements to western medicine.I graduated from the Onondaga school of therapeutic massage in December 2015. I am trained in deep tissue, pregnancy, hot stone and Swedish relaxation techniques. My specialty is Swedish relaxation, I tailor a deeply relaxing Swedish massage to your specific body needs to allow you to achieve balance and healing.It is truly a gift that clients trust me to help heal their bodies.  I enjoy being able to relieve pain and bring peace of mind to my clients offering a natural and holistic approach to medicine.
